Are you having Work from Home Fatigue?

I have been reading a lot of articles and posts on social media, that Work from Home is more tiresome than going to office. In office you can chat with colleagues, take small breaks, have long conversations during lunch hour. But now, we write brb (be right back) if we need to take body breaks in between back to back meetings. Why this pressure? I do not understand - is it to do with us or the organisation? I guess it is to do with us. Let me explain why I think so. Earlier before lock down, work from home culture was not very well adopted in most of the organizations. Especially with Baby Boomers and Gen X managers it has been difficult to trust subordinates working from home. If one had to work from home, it was under constant threat of being monitored whether online or not, achieving set deliverables or not.
